I'm sad to pass on some news that "shamdango" sometimes known as "LDS Missionary" on other boards died last month from complications related to cancer.

I thought it would be appropriate to let the community know.

I'm just so sad to hear it. He died of the same cancer my dad did. CANCER FUCKING SUCKS!!!

My love and condolences to LDSM's family and loved ones. He was good people and he will be missed.

Since he said his good-byes here, I have often wondered how he was doing. So sad to hear this news.

I'm late seeing this, as I've been away from the site for a while. I was very touched by LDSM's last post to the site, saying his goodbyes, and am very sorry to hear that he has now passed. My condolences go out to all of his family and friends xx

I'm sad to hear this news, I have missed his intelligence and humor in his posts, as well as the willingness to share his personal history openly and honestly. I have a good feeling he made the most of his time and he will continue to be in my thoughts.

This is very sad news. I have thought of him since his goodbye post, too. RIP, LDSM.

Checking in to FLAK for the first time in months, and I am so sad to see this news. LDS Missionary was good people. I missed his presence here when he left the board, but I always harbored hope that he would return to us after having kicked the teeth out of the Big C. Sad news, indeed.
