Five?

Five??

I count nine.

Or, since everyone else is doing it, I'll count Mr. Diety twice and call it an even ten.

Whatever.

Everybody knows that the dice are loaded
Everybody rolls with their fingers crossed
Everybody knows that the war is over
Everybody knows the good guys lost
Everybody knows the fight was fixed
The poor stay poor, the rich get rich
That's how it goes
Everybody knows

For the record, here are the folks that MSP doesn't want you to vote for:

Reed Cowan
Dustin Lance Black
Christine Johnson

Fight the power. Vote.

How did I not know Mr. Deity is an exmormon? No wonder I like that show so much.

That's a tough list to choose from. A lot of good ones there.

Walter Kirn has won the X-Mormon of the Year award for 2009 and he's having some good fun with the honor.

I'd like to encourage anyone here who's a fan of MSP or Kirn or X-Mormons to please head over and leave congratulations (or snarky comments) at the MSP post announcing Kirn's triumph. Thank you!!

Word. I will join you, Chino (and not just because I love "Steve “Le Bloggernacle, c’est moi.” Evans," which is my new favorite), in your raspberries. :raspberry:

Also, did THEY get a personal acceptance speech for their dumb 'nacle awards? NO THEY DID NOT.

We win.

I'm really in a neener mood today... :smoking:

Well, since Walter plans to do right by the DAMU by showing proper respect and gratitude for this illustrious honor, I'd like to suggest that folks here and at MSP ought to reciprocate by joining his Facebook fanpage:

If that's really him commenting at MSP, I think I'm in love.

It's really him. Thing is, I don't know about anybody else, but I'm suddenly antsy to see the Spawn of Brodie competition kick off in earnest.

In other words, we need to see some kind of speech from Walter soon, or it's gonna be time to move along, folks.

And if he misses the window of opportunity at MSP, I'd suggest he make it up to us by delivering his acceptance speech on the Colbert Report. If you think that's a good idea, please feel free to tip and comment on this post over at the Colbert forums: http://forum.colbertnation.com/tcr/boar ... ead.id=930

“Up in the Air” rocks, but winning “X-Mormon of the Year” rules.

Follow the link to hear Walter Kirn explaining why the William Law X-Mormon of the Year award means more to him than anything Hollywood has to offer.
