I hadn't actually looked at the site in Opera Mobile. I can see what you mean (if that's what you're using.) I'll look into a mobile stylesheet.

Just a quick moan and groan here, lol. Have some posts from this thread been lost/deleted? I noticed the request Flat made at the beginning of November re Quick Reply, and I recall answering his request..but now my post isn't there anymore..any idea what may have happened? Just wondering for my own curiosity..thanks.

doubtingmo,

I get emails whenever a response is made to this thread. The only email I received around this date was from Flatlander.

JB, I'm so sorry..I need to apologise to you. I just re-visited this forum today, and first saw the post I referred to above, from Flat, and my follow up, in another thread!! He must have made the same request in both threads, so when I didn't see my response in this thread I thought it must have been deleted somehow..I really am sorry for my error!!

Hi! :bluewave:

We used to be able to edit PMs if they were still in the Outbox and hadn't been opened by the recipient yet. I don't see any way to do that now. Can we have that feature back? Or am I just not seeing where it is now?

Bel,

I misspoke on this earlier. I just noticed that this is, in fact, still a feature. You just need to look in your Outbox. Any messages that are here should be editable.

I request edible posts. I often have to eat my words so this would be a useful feature.

Hay JB - any idea when we can get hyperlinks back to defaulting to non-black, and when posting a link doesn't get it oddly formatted? Like so:
index.php

NP, I am looking through the code to see where the issue is.

The issue only happens with autodetected links. If you use the IMG bbcode, the issue isn't there.

I'll try and have this fixed by the end of the weekend.

OK, I think the weird link problem is fixed.

If you notice anything odd about it (like it appending that weird string at the end), just let me know.

Ok, so I wanted to give brief explanation on one of the updates I did last night.

In the past few weeks, our forum has been inundated with spammer accounts. Our mods have done a great job blocking them, but it's a hard process to do manually. Between Rico and I, we've probably deleted close to 1000 spam accounts this weekend. As of right now, every user account on FLAK is legitimate. There were several spam accounts still active from 2 years ago.

Last night, I installed an anti spam feature that works some magic behind the scenes. With this installed, in the last 12 hours, we have blocked 278 spammers.
