WEll...mr smarty plastic pants, wouldn't that just be great if I could figure out how to do this?????? AGGGHHHHHH! What are you doing here at this time of night anyway? Aren't you suppose to be off finding dead bodies?

THAT I still care is the whole stinking point of my turdly rant. MY HEAD KNOWS WHAT IS WHAT------BUT THE REST OF ME STILL GIVES THE CHURCH POWER. Why do I care? I have no idea. I go along and I am fine.........and than.....HEY GUESS WHAT? All those awful feelings of being out of control of my own life and the church smashing me down to the humble size of a "help-meet to my husband" looms up in my face.

Yes, Ma'am. I wasnt meaning to sound like a smarty pants and yes, just last night I found a dead body near the railroad tracks. I actually didnt find it, just had to take the report from the kids that did. It sounds like a movie but a vagrant had been living in an abandoned bus and probably just froze to death after drinking too much.

Anyways, the point of my post was this. You are caught in an infinite loop where the more you think and dwell on it the more you get caught up in trying to solve it wherein you dwell on it some more wherein you try to solve it some more. Give your noggin a break and attempt to work on better solutions to erasing this power. When you feel this panic of power and control setting in, recognize it for what it is, calmly back away from it with a positive distraction like a cup of java and novel or some equivalent. Identify the thoughts that trigger this feeling and replace it with a more powerful symbol or visual reminder that you are in control.

Dawgma, you are right....always right. Don't shoot me...sorry about having to deal with the dead guy...ewwww

I will be better today. Some things happened yesterday and it brought some stuff up......and I get frustrated because I am actually a fairly strong well adjusted, fun person....EXCEPT IN THIS AREA....and basicly this makes me mad at myself more than it does at the church.

Ps....SID, excellent pile of poop, thanks for sending it on to me.
OK...nothing to see here folk, just move along.

If I was anywhere near you I'd take you out for a drink and cigar.

OOPS, Sorry LITH and Dawgma, I didn't read the whole thread before I inserted a big spew of blather due to the initial invitation. I'm a notorious de-railer and once got a whole bunch of really cool people in trouble with an inflatable dog poop picture. It was a silly mistake but started a colon cleansing and all of the solid flatulence landed here. I liked the chunky folks and bits or corny types so I decided to come play here too.

So, Here is the notorious picture that represents so much. Hope it helps.

Hi Double Dog Dare Dawgma. And you all thought you could escape my pestering influence!!!??? Nope, I show up like a bad penny over and over again.

Any tricks to getting a photo to insert? I thought I had it mastered but now it's abated.

I would bet there is a thread on the metafoyer on how to do that. I am still attempting to learn as well.

LOL at mastered and abated

Whiten -- that is one hell of a story. God. Damn. I've read less horrifying, happier stuff by Sylvia Plath.

I'm glad you got out -- I can't believe what humans will do for freedom.

Welcome.
