No, that was something else. That was the great Richard Abanes Masturbation Clusterfuck of (I think) Ought Four.

God, that was something. I actually spent time ascertaining the identity of the culprit behind many of the nasty e-mails and PMs involved in said clusterfuck.

IIRC, Bard started a board to discuss the clusterfuck, and that morphed into Cherry somehow.

For those who had never been to mormon discussions before, I assure you the linked threads are not representative of the board in general. I lurk there a lot and its a great place with great discussion. That darrick guy seems to be a recent development and is a little, maybe more than a little, off.

Good to see you all, and I'm honored to have made Wry's list of America's Most Wanted foyerites.

Eduardo Gaetano (is that how you spell it?) has a new book just translated into English. Have either of you read it? I'm mightily curious since reading one of his books at y'all's recommendations...

Do you mean Eduardo Galeano (Memory of Fire, The Open Veins* of Latin America, The Book of Embraces)?

I've seen it in books stores but haven't looked at it yet.

(And I'm doing great, Capt, thanks.)

*I actually stole the title of my blog that once was from this book.

The fruity place must have gone rotten, to drive away all these folks who have been too good for FLAK for so long.
