Hi folks, just want to introduce myself here. Many of you may already know me on the NOM board. A bit about me, and then I'll link you to some posts over there that will be informative:

About me: BIC, RM, current first counselor in the bishopric. I'm on the young side (30ish) and have been in the bishopric for over a year but less than 4 years.

Update: I think tomorrow I will be officially released and replaced. Bittersweet feeling, but mostly sweet. Bitter because I really like my bishop and the other counselor in the bishopric. I don't always agree with their stance or viewpoint, but I genuinely like them.

Anyways, I wanted to share my story here as I plan to post now and then. Thanks for sharing any advice you may have.
