I went to my megaTBM parents' house last night. On their fridge was one of the "youthy" posters with an overdone sandcastle with the caption "How firm is your foundation?" or something close. I saw it and had to do a massive eyeroll. The poster really stuck with me. The foundation of mormonism is so "strong" that it withstands about zero contradiction. Mormonism is so full of truth, they hide behind words like "anti" or "apostate". Mormons have such a strong foundation of faith that they have full blown seizures when you question their faith and launch into ad hominem attacks on those that question (we only left to sin, drink, fuck, etc...).

Were mormons to honestly ask themselves how firm their foundation is, there would be no mormons left. Instead, this poster become a piece of propaganda that builds up the walls of crimestop type barriers around the world mormonism needs. The poster is meant to demean all those that do not obey the church and therefore have built their foundation on sand. It is meant to buttress the believer and demean those that have left. It is really a perfect example of mormon mind control tactics.

EDIT:
This is the mormonad:

Excellent points!

Mormonism is a house with a bad foundation, and everyone living in it either testifies how solid the foundation is (without ever looking at it), or claims it's really a different foundation that's down in mesoamerica (known as the "two foundations theory").

Oh, and that extension to the house resting on the "abraham" foundation? The house doesn't stand or fall on that part; it's not load-bearing. Pay it no attention. The people who want you to look at it just hate your house and are offended by your RS-produced knick-knacks.

"Your foundation is made of sand!"
===>>> "I know Joseph Smith was a true contractor."
"The builders don't know what they're doing!"
===>>> "How can they do their job if you criticize them?"
"I think I'd better repair the house myself."
===>>> "Don't steady the ark."

Remember, the house will eventually fill the whole Earth!

Hehe. Well played.

I don't know, seems like delusion is a pretty firm foundation for a lot of people.
