All this work you're doing is fantastic..but I must admit that when I read a thread like this one..with all the explanations of how to do this, that or the other, my head starts to spin, lol!!!

I can see a forum called Ward Bulletin, but apparently I don't have permission to view it?

I fixed the permissions. You should be able to view and post in both Ward Bulletin and Apostamonies.

Yes. I reigned in the the avatar sizes. I heard a lot of complaints that some avatars were taking up half the page width-wise.

I wrote a post, and instead of submitting it I accidentally saved it as a draft. Now I don't know where to find it. Any ideas?

Go to User Control Panel. Left side, under OVERVIEW, you will see Manage Drafts. It's there.

Hi! :bluewave:

We used to be able to edit PMs if they were still in the Outbox and hadn't been opened by the recipient yet. I don't see any way to do that now. Can we have that feature back? Or am I just not seeing where it is now?

I never even knew that feature existed in phpBB2. You're right, it doesn't look like it's a feature of phpBB3. I'll see what I can do, but I can't promise anything. i'll have to build a phpBB2 board and look at the code behind that to see what it's doing, then see if I can replicate it on this board.

Excellent job......and thanks for all the hard work :D !

After I post a message, is there a way to navigate back out of the thread and go back to the home page, or go back to the top of the thread? At the old FLAK, the navigation controls used to be on the top left of the page. Now, the only way I can exit from a message I posted, is to hit the brower's "back" button. Sometimes it says that the page has expired, then I have to type in the URL all over again.

I'm probably missing something here , but where are the navigation tools to leave a thread, or a forum, and to return to the home page or index? Thanks so much......from Wndr.

ETA -- Oh, I think I see the navigation now -- it moved from the top left to the lower left, correct? It's down at the bottom of the page now.

The links in the upper left and lower left are identical. It's a hierarchical. It goes Board Index >> Forum >> Sub Form.

I have a question about Quick Reply.

Is there a way I can disable it so that it doesn't show up on my screens?

At PostMo, they have "Fast Reply" but it requires choosing it each time (instead of the "Post Reply" button, and then "Fast Reply" gives a simpler clean typing box similar to "Quick Reply" here. At PostMo I don't ever choose "Fast Reply" because I prefer the more traditional "Post Reply" option.

Here, I also prefer the more traditional Post Reply option, but sometimes because the Quick Reply box is open I will accidentally start typing my response in the Quick Reply box, then have to stop, cut and paste, when I realize what I am doing and I need to be able to use the buttons or colors or smileys or other options found in the Post Reply.

So, I'm just looking for a way that I can turn off Quick Reply, so that I don't cause myself problems. Is there a way to do that?

I usually browse this on my phone nowadays. I'm sure phpBB has something to enable a mobile stylesheet. I would love that!

EDIT: Yup, just found this --> http://phpbbmobile.co.cc/
