Have we Lost the ability to just Chill; to RELAX deeply?

I observe that people, not just Mos, think they have to be doing something....All The Time.

I've got a hunch that this Might Be related to shorter attention spans, but I don't know if there's any data to support this, or even if they can be measured.

Has the ability to RELAX... to just veg out been lost?

Resorts tout their amenities which all seem to be action-oriented.
OTOH, when people are home, they seem to think they must be gardening or persuing other activities; a home business, etc.

For me, nudism is a signal that I can do Nothing for a while.

In general, I think society has become dangerously High-Strung; I also think this mentality segways to the way that tscc arranges peoples lives with callings, etc.

Am I alone in this? what do You think?
Are there any modern-day Thoreaus among us?

Gardening IS vegging out...ha! Seriously, there is bacteria in soil that makes you feel goooooood when you're out digging in it. It's almost as refreshing as having a nap!

As for your nekkidness and chilling I would have thought that one might be unable to do anything while one is nude for fear of jiggling bits running amok?

I dropped doing facebook as a way of relaxing more. People thought I was having all sorts of trouble in my life when I wrote to say I was quitting. The reality is that (for me) it was eating into time I wanted to spend having face to face conversations with people.

Congrats of your brave fb stand!
My point about nudism was 'ability to do Nothing' for a while;
while you're doing Nothing, you're not moving, hence Not Jiggling, haha!

Take Care, Stay Bare

Lying in my bed, in my jams, watching t.v., with no brain activity whatsoever. For extra fun, a little something to relax my brain.....You all know what I mean.
