I warned my friend about the sociopathic symptom of harming small animals. I don't think he ever really set out to deliberately harm them, he was just ackward and he felt really bad about the kitty. I think they finally decided to get rid of pets altogether.

Amazingly enough, that boy is graduating high school next year. He is an honors student and righteous member of his priests qorum, no killing of animals since those frightful series of mishaps in his preschool years. ;)

Big green hugs,

froggie

So, it was just a matter of parental attention. I am glad that you are alright.

That's scary! So am I! One place I have wasted too much time is at this link, a crime library with stories of serial killers.

LOL, yeah you ought to have some of the relatives I have, girl!

I wasn't kidding about that relative, btw. I'm just glad I always lived really far away from her now that I know this bit of fam history.

Great, yet something else I can do instead of work or clean or pay attention to my kids. :) Though I did get an encyclopedia of serial killers one year for Christmas from my dad.

DDP is fascinated with serial killers too. Maybe we should start a club...

And yes, it extends to thread killers to.

Froggie, you are an amazing woman. I love your stories!

And I thought I had something to brag about having a distant relative (or so I hear) who did "mercy killings" for certain fam members during that relative's lifetime. I was kinda thinking I may have been related to the Borgias (and yeah, I'm being tongue-in-cheek here).

OMG HI SUSAN LTNS!!!

I think, after reading this thread, NICS determined the kitty is not safe...

Not gonna happen, Sister. I am one of those overly patient and persistent amphibians.

Big green hugs,

Froggie

p.s. Hi Susan!
