My profile says I've killed 69 threads.

Froggie, you've only killed 70. Wanna be twins?

Froggie, you are an amazing woman. I love your stories!

And I thought I had something to brag about having a distant relative (or so I hear) who did "mercy killings" for certain fam members during that relative's lifetime. I was kinda thinking I may have been related to the Borgias (and yeah, I'm being tongue-in-cheek here).

OMG HI SUSAN LTNS!!!

*sniff* I was starting to wonder if anyone remembered me on this crazy place!

Hey Lisa, Froggie looks more like ME than she does YOU so I'm her twin (except in the bosom area where she's more "filled out" than I am, lol...), so there....

How much time do you have? JK....

I've been kinda busy studying--I think I let y'all know about my online studies; I'm enrolled here: http://umsonline.org/index.htm

....and other stuff, but good stuff mostly. 8)

Oh, and surprisingly to myself, I closed my marriage back up....that ought to cause this thread to only get longer huh?? LOL

Did you close it back up before it ever got completely "open"? Did you try it and it wasn't what you thought? Is this something too private to share?

I brought it up on purpose so it's ok. He didn't want to be "open" himself, I had an SO for a little while (but he wanted to marry me, gah!) and I had to call it off w/him. And yeah, he knew the conditions of the whole thing before we started and I felt badly about having to break with him, but I told him my marriage was top priority and that my DH was first w/me.

I just figured out that because of a combination of many factors (not the least which is our American society) it's very difficult to follow any kind of "outside the lines" kind of sexual behavior and have what you want be understood by others (and I'm talking about people with whom you are intimately connected, not just nosy neighbors). It's hard, but I saw the wisdom of being mono even though most people are anything but! But also, sadly, many people who may think they are ready for this are not when you're in it.

What? A man who didn't listen to your rules? Sigh. ;)

Thanks for sharing, Susan.

I'm glad you brought it up. I was wondering what was going on... I remember there being some issues with it and you not knowing what was going to happen.

So, he wanted to marry you, huh? Gah, that's just.... I mean, he KNEW you were married going into it and that you were going to stay with your H.

I'm glad, at least, that you had some time to pop back in here.
